Wedding gift on Blinkit: when an app is the right call
An app is the right call when you need one gift, or a few, and you need them today. If the app shows what you want and a delivery time that works, a gift you forgot, a present for the couple or a small thank-you for the host's family is a few taps away.
You pick from the listings and place the order, with nothing to plan and no design to approve. If this is your situation, I'd order from the app and stop reading, because a bulk order would only add work you don't need.
When a bulk order is the right call
A bulk order is the right call when every guest should get the same gift, with the couple's names or a monogram on it, packed and sent for you. The table sets the two side by side.

A bulk order asks four things of you: a guest count, one design, the spelling of the names or the monogram, and where the gifts should go. Check the proof we send line by line before you approve it. In return, it's one decision for the whole list instead of one per guest.
The trade is time: a bulk order takes weeks. You can also use both, with a bulk order for the list and an app for the gift you forgot.
The wedding is close: what to do
Count the weeks before you decide, because a bulk order has a real lead time. Orders ship within 12 to 14 working days of order confirmation. After dispatch, allow up to 3 working days in Delhi NCR and up to 6 working days elsewhere in India.
- 7 weeks or more to go: confirm the order and artwork now.
- Closer than that: ask us for a date before you order anything.
- Too close for a bulk order: use an app for the few gifts that matter most, such as the elders or the host's family.
Missed the date? Ask us, and we will tell you honestly whether it can still arrive in time. For a straight answer, send the wedding date, the guest count and where the gifts should go.
Our team takes a year-end break, and nothing ships in that window. For the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands, ask us for a date first.
For the whole guest list, we look after design, packing and shipping
For a whole guest list, you choose one design and Swagloop handles the rest. Here is what that covers.
- We set up the design with the couple's names or a monogram.
- Before production starts, you get a proof or order summary to approve.
- Each gift goes into the Wedding Hamper Bag or a box, ready to hand out.
- It all leaves our Delhi warehouse for one address or each guest, anywhere in India, on the lead time above.
- A GST invoice comes with every order.
If we get it wrong, such as a defect, a misprint, transit damage or a short shipment, we fix, replace, credit or refund it.
