The team

The people behind Swagloop

A small team that is technically deep and business-driven at the same time. We decide what's worth building, build it, then sell it, and make the calls ourselves.

Aditya Raj Singh

CEO · Head of Strategy & AI

Adi leads the team and sets Swagloop's strategy and AI direction. The core of the job is strategy and accounts: deciding what's worth building, where AI actually earns its keep, and closing the high-ticket B2B relationships he's spent years winning at BNCW Enterprises. What makes that work is genuine fluency in the stack he's directing, so he makes the technical calls first-hand instead of delegating them blind. The coding itself is the smaller part of the day.

Sorav Malviya

CTO

Sorav owns Swagloop's infrastructure end to end: the cloud, the databases, and the services behind every order. He architects the systems the storefront runs on and keeps them fast, secure, and standing when demand spikes. The rest of the team ships quickly because the ground under them is solid.

Harsh Dubey

Tejas Sonar

Growth & Strategy Lead

Tejas runs the business engine behind the product. He owns the customer journey from first lead to post-delivery NPS: the sales process, onboarding, vendor and supply-chain operations, and the playbooks that make all of it repeatable. He brings hands-on industry experience to how Swagloop sells, sources, and keeps customers, then turns what works into process the whole company can run on.
