Account and sign-in help
Contact us if you cannot sign in, reset your password, or access a gift. Tell us what you expected to happen and include a screenshot if it helps explain the problem.
Orders, gifts, and payments
For help with an order, delivery, redemption, payment, refund, or return, email us with the relevant reference number. You can also review our refund, return, and shipping policy.
Account deletion and privacy
You can permanently delete your Swagloop account from our account-deletion page. It is available even when you are signed out and explains what is deleted and what we must retain.
