Delete your Swagloop account
This page is available whether you are signed in or not. Sign in, confirm your current password, and we will permanently remove access to your account.
What happens to your data
- Your profile is anonymised and cannot be restored.
- Your password, passkeys, active sessions, saved AI curations, and unused lead data are removed or revoked.
- Saved addresses stop being available for new orders.
- Order, invoice, payment, delivery, and redemption records may be retained for up to eight years for GST, accounting, fulfilment, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
Deleting your account does not cancel an order or an outstanding recipient gift. Contact [email protected] first if you need help with either.
