On your Employees page, pick the fields Zoho People sends us. Name and work email always come across; the rest is up to you.
Sign in to Zoho People
Approve read-only access on Zoho's own screen. Someone who can see employee records, usually an HR admin, signs in once.
Review, then apply
You see who is new, who changed and who has left before anything is saved. Nothing changes until you apply.

What it does for your gifting
A team list that stays current
Pull again whenever your team changes. New joiners are added, details are updated and people who have left are marked as left, never deleted.
Gifts people claim themselves
Send redemption links from any order. Each person picks their gift and types their own delivery address, so you never collect home addresses.

What you need
- A Zoho People account on any plan
- A Zoho login that can see employee records, usually an HR admin
- A Swagloop company account
Does Swagloop keep a copy of my Zoho login?
No. Zoho gives us short-lived, read-only access for the pull you start. We never ask for your password and we don't keep a token that would let us pull again on our own.
Does Swagloop sync in the background?
No. We pull only when someone at your company clicks Connect or Pull latest. Each pull is logged with who started it and what changed.
What happens when someone leaves?
On your next pull, anyone who has left in Zoho People, or whose date of exit has passed, is marked as left. Their record stays for your history, and they aren't offered for gifting.
Which Zoho data centres are supported?
All of them, including India, US, Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UK and China. Zoho tells us which one your account lives in when you sign in.
Can I still upload a CSV?
Yes, until you connect Zoho People. Once connected, Zoho People is the single source for your team list, so a pull never marks someone you added by CSV as left. Disconnect to go back to CSV.
How large a team can I bring in?
Up to 10,000 employees in one pull. For larger teams, upload a CSV export instead.
